Terms & Conditions

1.  You may not have anyone sit in on the reading with you.

 

2.  You may not share or split a reading with another person.

 

3.  All readings must be paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, in ADVANCE of the reading.  This will guarantee your appointment. 

 

4. Cash, personal checks, and E-checks are accepted for my readings – again, in ADVANCE of the reading, and appointments will be made for when checks have cleared.  Please let me know, at time of booking, that this is your preferred method of payment.

 

5. There are no refunds if you cancel or don't show up.  You will have a standing credit on file, which may be used for a future reading at another date and time within 6 months of your original cancellation date. If you do not show up, or cancel your second appointment, you will forfeit your credit.  It will be assumed that you fully understand this at the time of booking.

 

6.  You understand that NYS law requires us to state that all readings are for the purposes of "Entertainment Only".  You must be at least 18 years of age to have a reading (no exceptions as I could lose my license)

 

7.  If you are having a remote reading by phone or web chat, it is your responsibility to arrange to be seated in a quiet place, on your own, where you are unlikely to be interrupted and there is good reception.  Please do not go outside, where there is noisy traffic with fire trucks.  We reserve the right to immediately cancel such appointments, and this will count as your first cancellation or “no show”.

 

8. Please understand that I generally work a full schedule of readings; therefore, I will most probably be reading for someone ahead of you, and after you.  If you arrive early, please be patient.  I am aware that you’re there, and will come out and get you a few minutes ahead of your designated appointment time.  Showing up a half hour ahead of our scheduled appointment time will not result in an earlier appointment! 

 

9. Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving care.  Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $75 for all missed appointments ("no shows") and appointments that, absent of a compelling reason, are not canceled with 24 hour advance notice.
